Do I need an account? Not to record. To transcribe and summarize you need a Gladia account and its API key; the app guides you through it in Settings.
How much does transcription cost? Gladia bills your account per minute of audio at their prices. Stereo with two different sources counts double.
Can I record without a connection? Yes. Save the recording without processing and process it whenever you like; if you choose to process offline, it will start automatically when you're back online.
What happens if a call comes in? If you don't answer, recording continues. If you answer, iOS reserves the microphone; the app marks the gap and resumes when you hang up.
How do I sync with video? Record at 48 kHz, tap Slate at the start and export as WAV: the beep and the start time let you line it up in your editor.
